Tried to pay a debt through them. They refused to send a letter acknowledging the debt was paid. Phone staff was abusive and repeatedly lied about what they would do. I was unable to pay them because they would not guarantee the information would be removed from my credit report

Called both the 800 number and the local number today to pay off a debt, no answer, let it ring a minimum of 20 times each. Doesn't even go to a voicemail, it gave me a recording saying they are unavailable, try again later. This is not a good way to get paid, people!!!
