Congress Collection

I just contacted them after seeing they put something on my credit. I tell them I'm going to set up a payment plan and the women on the phone was so disrespectful, I had to actually speak to somone else. I have never been treated so poorly while trying to pay a bill. She insisted that they only take payments in full and that's it, and pretty much stated that my payments were not good enough. Good luck to anyone trying to handle their business, because this place makes it almost impossible to do so. They don't contact you, just put things on your credit for you to find out once damage is done.

Should be able to do zero stars. Extremely rude, won't put any effort into removing paid debt from your reports.

Looking at my credit karma today and I see a $55 collection from this place never been there in my life I’m thinking this place is sending random people collection can’t wait to cus them out in the morning

CCC sends me a collection notice. The return address on their correspondence is in Southfield. I write this company back to inform them that I am disputing their claim and that I do not owe the amount alleged. I was also requesting proof and validity of this supposed debt. My letter is returned to me because they have moved. Now what professional company in the world sends out correspondence and doesn't provide their updated and correct address? WOW is all I can say!
