American Water & Energy Savers - Indiana

The worst company ever and they don’t care because they are the only provider in the area smh... I’ve been trying to get water on for a week so I can move in and they have been really crappy and when they know they didn’t do a good or accurate job they hang up so you can’t do the 2 question survey

worst company i have ever experienced. they come and turn my water off and say they thought no one lived here and after telling them we live here they tell us they will turn it back on TOMORROW. they need to come out right now and fix their mistake. i wish i could use a different company but cant. the next day, they come turn my water back on and then proceeded to check the meter AFTER they turned it back on and then shut it back off and told us we were STEALING water. we had to call a third time to get this fixed and then they came back and turned it back on after another 6 hours. +update+ they proceeded to charge a 40 dollar reconnect fee for their mistake. i really wish i could do something about this.. terrible! terrible! terrible!

We have a RENTAL house.... needless to say the guy who live there went to jail. And they are MAKING me pay 306 dollars before I can turn any water on here!!!! It's retarted that it's that much first off...someone needs to stop taking advantage and get their act togeter !! I'd give a -5 star if I could!

I've lived in a few states in my lifetime, and no where has the service been as poor as it has been here. This company, if not for some political arrangement with Indiana, would - if left to the people - have failed by now, given their past and current work ethics (or the lack thereof).
