South Central Indiana REMC (SCI REMC)

Based on their rates, a $20,000 solar system would pay for itself after 5 yrs. That's right, in 5yrs you'll have paid them $20,000+ for crappy service which takes 12+ hrs to restore service after a storm. Absurd!

Hot power out and driving around! Seeing the crews sitting in their trucks! Probly sitting in air conditioned trucks! Stop milking the clock and get the power on! Iditos! Yea, they got out of their trucks! Here is a fact! They work for us ! They are our employees! It is our money that pays them! If u see them sitting in their trucks post where and we will video it and post it on YouTube!

They came and trimmed my trees and left dozens of huge logs in my yard. It will take me days of hard labor to clean or hundreds of dollars. Also way over priced for this level of service. Twice as much as other providers literally.

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars I would!! I live in a two person home and our last electric bill was $560! The previous one was $420. Granted the temperatures have been cold we always keep our thermostat at 68 to 70 and have energy efficiency bulbs and appliances. They managed to stump me in how we could be even higher on this last cycle when the temperarures were not as cold as the previous. If I ever buy a house again and SCI REMC is the provider it will be an automatic deal breaker!
