Had no idea this was a thing but they gave us credit just for paying our bills on time! I didn't pay a single bill for 4 months! Very very happy (especially being a college student, this helped out A LOT)!!!

When you have good credit you don’t have to pay a deposit. Stop blaming citizens for your mistakes. Monitor your utilities better and conserve. 🙄

This company does not deserve it's customer's. I have been waiting two days for water to be turned on at my home and paid a bill that was not my bill but two days without water as if people should just go without flushing toilets and being able to prepare dinner or bath. I really feel like they don't care and everyone I spoke to was so rude and inconsiderate I hope you don't have to go without basic necessities and looks like my water won't get turned on tonight either. I'm am so angry no family should have to go through this.

They deserve zero stars, had the gas/heat turned off in the middle of winter and the service man cant seemed to be bothered to come by and turn it back on even after MULTIPLE calls to do so. It is absolutely unacceptable that they were supposed to show for the appointment but could only say they'd call when they were 15 mins away and then NEVER show

The customer service agent that I spoke to this afternoon was BEYOND friendly and accommodating!!!!
