Indiana American Water

Horrible service. I have this weird rock-like sediment in all my water lines, including the water heater. I called customer service to complain and the CS rep said someone would call w/in 24 hours to come out and take a look. I never got a return phone call. I called again and complained, and again no phone call. I called the Culligan man to take a look at this sediment and he said he has never seen anything like it, including the service tech that has been in the business for 22 years. What is this stuff? Why won't the water company respond?

Horrible service. Had no water on the date that my lease started. Called them and they put me on the schedule for 14 days later, my management company called and got me scheduled for the next day, still no water because "they didn't have time to get to it". They need to hire more people or require them to work overtime.
