They come into our restaurant 10-15 of them at a time. Run a $110.00 bill and leave us waitresses a $5 tip for excellent sevice when they dont even pay for the bill the company does! How sad and pathetic. Severs make $2.13 a hour if you cant afford a tip go to a fast-food. Dont come in and ruin our day!

Horrible customer service , they tell you too many conflicting stories they are a lot less compassionate than IPL I can certainly say that ! They don't work with their customers and their deposits are extremely ridiculous if I could go back to IPL I would !

We have had Duke Energy for 6 years. Always pay our bill on time. There have been a couple of times where the power has gone out and they have always sent out their crews as soon as possible. They will keep you up to date on the issue and let you know when it has been resolved. Never have had any issues with this company.

I like having paperless bills, I can pay online easily, I can even pay ahead and give myself a credit to make it easier on myself when my bill is due. I can view my bills online showing exactly how much energy I have used. I have not had to deal with customer service because I always pay my bill early or on time.

The only problem I have with Duke is that I can never pay my bill online because the website is always down!
