So disappointing. 3 years of nonsense, roundabout with these lawyers. Pretty cut and dry case, husband hit from behind at a stop light, has discomfort/ back issues still, had to change careers due to this. We were awarded a disappointing amount, I understand the lawyers need there cut (understandable) but large leans were taken away from our total amount which was very disappointing especially when we were at zero fault. Should have went to Mike Sawaya. Live and ya learn.

I was run off the road by snow plows in February. Injured my back and really hurt my car. My first call was to the police, my next call was to my doctor and my third call was to Anderson Hemmat. I remembered the number because it was the last commercial that I had seen on TV. Since this was my first injury accident I had ever been in, I didn't know what to do. Anderson Hemmat, Chad Hemmat especially, handled my case with kit gloves! He helped me find a physical therapist who was near my downtown office, explained the entire litigation process to me (more like I was talking to an old friend rather than a lawyer) and stayed in communication throughout the entire process. I was told to expect my case to settle or go to court in 6 -8 months, but Chad & Meghan were able to settle my case for the maximum amount of the policy limits within 3 months! They even opened their doors early for me today so that I could pick up my award from the settlement! I couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with Anderson Hemmat. I would definitely recommend! I was hit by a drunk driver that almost ruined my life and my family's. The insurance company didn't want to pay. Mr Hemmat was wonderful to work with and I would hire again.
