Saw a pre owned Trailblazer online and wanted to check it out. Decent mileage and a very fair price! Met with Bill and we decided to check on my car since I was gonna trade that in. Drove that around for a minute, came back and Bill brought up the Trailblazer. Looked all around and checked everything out. Looked good! Test drove it, so much better than my previous vehicle! Bill and I discussed some numbers, looked at the vehicle one more time to make sure I really wanted it he was definitely patient with me. Wasn't expecting to get it BUT I got it. Good deal and all around a good vehicle might have to get brakes though but that's what you get for buying a used vehicle. After hours and hours of waiting on Bill to get paperwork ready for me to sign just kidding, it was more like a couple minutes. Signed some paperwork and while we waited on the finance part, Bill gave me some complimentary Chevrolet bags to get my stuff out of my car and into the one I just bought. He was willing to help but I told him I could do it. He helped take the license plate off and put it on the new car. He definitely went above and beyond! It was really nice to meet him and talk with him a little. Keep it going Bill! As for financing, Jeff was great to deal with. Monthly payment was lower and he explained everything to me. Simple and fast. After dealing with Jeff, waited and then Bill came back and escorted me to my new ride! I was ready to take off and speed down 40...we'll go the speed limit at least... Good experience so far and vehicle had a good drive home. Will update later.
This is my second car from Andy Mohr Chevy and Derrick was AMAZING to work with. He did not stop looking until we found the car that was exactly the price range and fit every other detail we wanted. He was super friendly and made the experience amazing. I will totally be going back to Derrick to buy another car.

I nearly purchased a great SUV here, but I had an appointment scheduled at another dealership as well. I was pleased with the salesman and all the information that he gave me. I told him as well as the finance man about my other appointment and that I had given my word to go to that dealership. I think that's called "shopping around" I felt pressed to make the decision. I bought a car later that day at the other dealership. Being a single older woman has its disadvantages, but I feel keeping one's word is important.
Josh was super helpful. Even though there was nothing wrong with the brakes even though they squeak when pressure is applied he made me feel better since my son who is a new driver is driving this vehicle. Just stinks that I had to at a fee for something that isn’t wrong w the vehicle
Found a 2022 cargo van on their website for sale for $34,800 and talked to a rep for a few days before taking the 2 hour trip down to Plainfield to finalize purchase. When I got there the manager increased the price from $34,800 to $51,000 before taxes and fees. When I told him about the online price he simple said I can do whatever I want to. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I waited and I waited and I waited way too long. If you were ready to do the service you should have one technician changing oil, another rotating tires, another one or two doing other point checks all at the same time more like a 500 pit stop rather that drag the process until an hour and a half has passed? Maybe take a look at Jiffy Lube or some other quick change and learn some things. If I had a car jack i think I could have done it myself in that period of time and I am 87 years old. Come on, people don't want to sit around forever just to get lube and oil change service!
Went in, everyone was so nice. They answered all my questions and even gave me some helpful advice. Troy Fox is your guy, knows what he's doing and made my purchasing process so easy. I can not thank him enough.
Fast & no nonsense experience. Only came into dealership to sign papers. All communication before that was through emails, text & conversation over the phone! Best experience we've had buying new vehicles!
I would not recommend this car lot for anyone. I had got my first car from this dealership and the person who sold me the vehicle was very nice and helpful. After having the car for 2 days the battery had went dead and basically told me they sold me a car with an old battery and replaced it. I had also told them my concerns about my car shaking and was having this knocking noise every time I cut my air or heat. I went back to the dealership to have them check it out and they said it was nothing wrong but I am still having the knocking and shaking issue as of today .Now after having the car for a year my brake pads decides to pop off out of no where. On my paperwork it stated that it covers for brakes. After calling the dealership to ask if I could bring it in they told me that it does not cover for my brake pads even though it is stated clearly in the warranty brakes is covered. I spoke with many people and no one seem to want to help or direct me in the right direction to help with the repairs. I will not recommend this car lot to any one especially for someone who is looking for their first car.
