I had my Edge towed in on a Friday night and they were able to diagnose it on Monday, earlier than promised. The online estimate tool was convenient, but I had to call and speak to a service manager to get the breakdown of parts and labor for each fix. Once I authorized work, parts were ordered and work completed in 3 days. Overall, I'm pleased, though the estimate for water pump replacement seemed excessive having that done elsewhere. They always take great care of my car while they have it, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back for regular service.

Asanti was my salesmen. Very professional knowledgeable young man and extremely dope. The finance gets also was very nice. The process was seamless and fast. I love my new mustang.

Such a good dealership, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. It took some time to get everything done finance wise but they were very patient and hard working to get me the price payments I want/needed. The car I have is super cute and it was pretty clean when I got it. At least so far I have no complaints.

We didn't end up buying a car here because we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. I wanted to leave a review though, because our experience was pretty great nonetheless. We came in because my SUV broke down in the middle of moving. I wanted to buy a cheap, reliable pickup truck. Our salesman, Corey B., was very helpful and assisted us with looking through their inventory to find a good fit. We test drove several vehicles, and I thought I'd want to buy one, but decided at the last minute that it wasn't what we needed. Corey was a professional about it and never pushed us to purchase more than we needed. He went over the pros and cons of each vehicle honestly. He also made no fuss when we decided to back out of the deal. Even though I did not end up buying a vehicle here, I would still recommend this store to anyone looking for a vehicle.

A great experience - was my first time looking and buying a car from a lot. Had Kyle and couldn't be happier I got him...he was attentive to what we wanted both in a car and price wise. Overall, everyone was nice and the facility was clean. Would go back and recommend others.

Chase our sales representative was very informative and friendly! We did business and had good laughs too! He was a actual human if that makes sense. He showed us all the tricks to our new vehicle and he didn’t haggle us at all. He showed us multiple vehicles to fit our family but wasn’t pushy. He called to check on us the next day and also asked how our vehicle was treating us! He called to set up our inspection and has kept us informed about everything step! It’s always good to do business with people who don’t just do the job but care about what works for you and your family! Kind people are my kind of people and Chase Longest is my kind of person! Made an appointment last week for service at 10:30am. Everyone seemed busy on their computers when I got to the service department at 10:05. It took nearly 6 minutes for someone to acknowledge that i was waiting for help. After that everything went smoothly and I received great service and good pricing for the tires I bought.

Had a great experience here. My husband's car broke down and died at 3am on Christmas Eve and we had no idea what we were going to do. Thankfully Andy Mohr was open. We just had ice and snow the day before and the temperature was in the negatives with the wind chill, but we went in anyway to see if we could find something quickly. Salesman David went above and beyond clearing snow off the car in below freezing temperatures, and the entire staff that was working that day was very friendly and inviting. We felt terrible about going in so close to a holiday on a freezing, nasty day, but never once were we made to feel like we were a bother. David helped us get a payment on a car that was in our price range, as we didn't have a lot of extra to spare due to this being a very sudden and unexpected expense. Very grateful to the staff at Andy Mohr today. Thank you so much for making this stressful situation quick and easy, and hope you all had a great holiday!

I had to break down after 7 years with no car payment and buy me a new car. I was scared in more ways than one. However, I had the best experience ever.
