Good prices for good tires. They were all very nice and helpful! I didn’t know but they checked a lot of other stuff for me also w/o me asking! So they were also very insightful in letting me know what needs to be done ASAP and what could wait Battery, tie rods and windshield wipers! Kevin also checked in a few days later and asked about my tires! This is my new tire place and I’ll be coming for other things that need done! Thanks! I’ve taken in like 3 cars to them multiple times, and every time they’ve been able to find a solution. They have such friendly service. I thing I like the most is that after each visit they give me a summary of what they did and what they recommend I do if there’s a service I didn’t want.

Told them to replace my axle it was damaged. I had marked the damaged axle before taking it in. I went to go pick up the vehicle they said it was changed but it still had the damaged axle on and wasn’t installed properly either. The axle was pushed out and they charged me $700. The tire stopped spinning as soon as I got out the parking spot and I went and told them they had kept saying they changed the axle and it’s properly installed but the axle wasn’t even in all the way. Then I had showed him the mark I had put on the old axle and told them they never changed it cause the mark it still there. They went and said the axle comes with that mark. And they wouldn’t give me my money back either. I had to get the car towed from their shop to another shop. I lost $850 with them with their repair and from towing the car from there. I’m new in town and my Jeep wrangler developed a leak at a hose and at the water pump. I’ve had experience with Midas and felt comfortable with the name recognition. The Plainfield facility took their time and analyzed the problem, quoted a competitive price and quoted on other work too. Quote was presented back to me in professional manner. Since work required four hours, I returned next day and had all work done. Bottom line: no leaks. I will certainly consider Midas for future work. 25 year old Wrangler with 190,000 miles. It’s a member of the family. I take it only to places I trust. The customer lounge is clean, comfortable with coffee, wi-fi and television available. Food available next door at Wendy’s. Went there for a oil change a few years back and haven’t went any where else since. The service is fast and the prices for repairs are beating other competitors prices. The gentlemen man that helped me was awesome and very helpful. Thank you to the service manger for always explaining things to me for when other issues were found during my visits. I have recommended them to my friends and family and they gained new costumers.
