I had a great car buying experience at Westgate. Gregg was the salesperson I worked with. He was super helpful from beginning to end. He worked within my budget and found a Jeep Patriot for me that is in great condition. He made sure I took the car on a test drive on local and hwy roads. He made sure my car looked beautiful and clean once it was time to take it home. I would definitely recommend going to Westgate asking Gregg to help you with your used or new car needs. If you’re not a Jeep person they have many other brands available to test drive.

Scott went out of his way to help me find the perfect car. I was in an accident recently and the most important thing for me is safety in a vehicle. He even went to the point to research it was not in an accident. He worked hard to find me a lender before I even left my home. Hamza had all the paperwork ready for me before I came in and all I had to do was sign them. Talked me through each paper I signed. Peter walked me through the process as I am in the middle of an insurance total loss claim . Overall Westgate made the ordeal much easier on me without me having to ask. Bought a brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler w only 13miles on it in May 2022. Arrived at the Service Dept in Dec 2022 with my main dash cluster going black, not seeing anything on the computer dash. Was told by my service advisor Falisha they have placed an order for a replacement. It’s now been a week w no return phone call from the dealer. I even drove up to see that it was just sitting outside, when it’s been garaged kept. Spoke to a service manager whom indicated they r waiting for the part, and my service advisor would call me… never happened no call??? W only 2,600 miles on it.

This was without a doubt the best car shopping experience I’ve had. I live an hour and forty five minutes from the dealership so I called about a car I saw on their website. After receiving the information I needed the receptionist sent me the links to everything I needed and I had an approval within the hour. I drove up to get the car and all of the paperwork was ready when I got there. The car had been gassed up and cleaned. There was no wait. I signed some papers took a test drive and came back to finish the finance papers. All this took less than an hour and I was driving the car off the lot. No hassle at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with Westgate Jeep.
