This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I just moved to D. C and I should have do some researches on good eye doctors. However I just randomly searched one that is kinda close to me and went. The clinic is dim and dirty. All the information is not transparent at all. Very unprofessional front desk. As previous reviews, rude and disrespectful to the patient. They were trying to hold off my prescription and asked me to visit again. When I told them it’s not convenient for me and can they mail, the answer is no. I then asked for a copy of my own record, which is my right, and they asked me pay $10 for it. How ridiculous!! I’ve never seen such thing over the years. If you don’t wanna be pissed off, PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

He was efficient. But rude, and constantly annoyed. The Doctor. The receptionist was sweet, no problem with her. Edit: The prescription he gave me was WAY off.

THESE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NOTHING BUT LIES, FRIENDS OR PAID TO DO IT!!!! HIS RECEPTIONIST IS INCOMPETENT, HE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BEDSIDE MANNERS EVER. HE TELLS YOU YOUR EYES ARE BAD, YOU ASK WHY OR HOW HE KNOWS? HE SAYS THE MACHINE TELLS ME!!????? THIS IS REALLY PATIENT AND DR. DIALOG????? THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN A MEDICAL OFFICE!!!!! HE IS SHORT RUDE AND MEAN BUT IF YOU DO GO AND SEE THE SET UP, PLEASE GO WITH YOUR INSTINCTS!!! ITS OUTDATED AND HE TREAT HIS OFFICE LIKE THE PATIENTS NO RESPECT

So I just called this office and the man who picked up was so rude like I'm a new patient you want new people or not dude 😑
