Very kind and considerant of your animal. Owner is gentle and does all she can to make your pet calm and accepting of what you want done. My dogs fur has never been so white and clean and beautifully cut. Dog is not a nervous wreck like she had been after grooming elsewhere.

Co owner doesn't know prices or what services they offer. Told me to bring my dog in so they could see the temperament to give me a price on services!!!!
