Best Friends Pet Hotel

Not a place for elderly dogs. I dropped my dog before heading out of town for my son's graduation which was 5 hours away. Just as my son is about to graduate, Best Friends called and said that I needed to come pick up my dog immediately. The manager said they should have never accepted her because she was too old. That decision should have been made BEFORE we left her if they felt that way. My dog had been going to Best Friends since she was a puppy. We had always thought she was in good hands but now realize that was not the case. I would NEVER recommend Best Friends to anyone!

We board our dog here regularly. Our experiences have been positive. Our dog seems to enjoy his stays; he is well cared for. Our pooch is generally more of a people dog than a dog dog; when he stays here, the group play sessions, which you can watch online while you're away, have been good in socializing him with other dogs. The staff are friendly. We recommend.

My dog Mickey loves Best Friends so much that his tail starts wagging as soon as we turn down the street. Not only his tail is wagging, his whole body is wagging! He can barely wait to get in the door and run up to the employees at the desk who always have a warm welcome for him. He is a 6-pound Yorkiepoo, and they have a special play area for dogs his size so that he won't get trampled by the larger dogs. They also do a fabulous job at grooming! Mickey always comes home looking and smelling fresh and beautiful. Best Friends makes going out of town a lot simpler. We know we have a great place that will take care of Mickey while we're gone.

They are very caring and they even sent me on my way with a dish and extra food for my 6 hour drive! Thanks yall!

My baby loves to go there!! Great for boarding and grooming! Has day care plus other amenities store etc!
