We were nervous leaving our dog at home. She usually goes with us or we have a friend stay at our house. We recently moved to Raleigh and we went to see family for the holiday and could not take our dog. They were amazing with our Scout! We received pictures, videos, and text message up dates. It felt just like having a friend stay and watch our dog. I would definitely recommend and we will be using them again.

Kato and her team are the best!! They took very special care of my golden Chloe during daily walks and while I was traveling for 10 days. They provide a detailed summary of each visit, which includes texts with pictures of how your pet is doing. You really feel connected to your pet even while you are at work or traveling. I can't thank them enough for the great care Chloe received and the peace of mind it gave me.

My husband and I traveled over Christmas and used Bone-a-Fide Pet Care while we were away. Kato's team of Hillary and Sara came each day to feed, walk, play, and love our beloved German Shepherd, Zach, and our kitty, Caroline. We received pictures and texts each day and felt assured that our pets were receiving excellent care!

We could not be happier with a pet sitting service! We have used Kato and Edna for a few years now with a variety of pets . In the beginning we had an older dog that needed lots of special care and a puppy. They went above and beyond to make sure both of their needs were met. We could leave knowing that they were in the best possible care in our absence. We have since added a cat to our home and have received great tips from them in our new addition. They have brought new toys for each of them to encourage mental stimulation while we were away. We love the text updates while we are away and come home to very happy pets every time we return. HIGHLY recommend their service.

5 stars is not enough for Kato, Mary and Sonya at Bone-a-Fide. They've been taking care of our 3 cats and our rabbit for a few years now, and whenever I need to be away from home I know they're in good and loving hands. Our elderly rabbit has been sick lately and on a recent trip I was getting not just the usual daily updates from Mary, but also close-ups of his face so I could be reassured he wasn't drooling or his eye tearing. Exemplary service! Unfortunately he did get very ill the day I was due to return, but he was quickly whisked to the emergency vet and Mary and Kato were in contact with me as soon as my plane landed, letting me know what was going on. The amount of not just care, but also love, this team has for my pets is simply amazing, and the peace of mind I have knowing they're there is priceless!
