Annapolis RV Center

Came in with a stripped screw on my Fantastic Fan, and they helped me out no trouble :) got there about 1130, they go to lunch at 12 but made me an appointment for 1:15 and I was gone by 2:30! Nice folks, very helpful, and knowledgeable about other things I'm looking to do to my van as well...Would like to return when they aren't quite so busy on big jobs and have a couple more things done :)

I was very surprised at the negative reviews on this place, because we have had the opposite experience. My husband has dealt with Tom on several occasions, and each time communication was good, repairs were good, and prices were reasonable. We come all of the way from Ocean City, MD to take our fifth wheel there when it needs repairs. The place in Salisbury, MD (Midway) was terrible. Tom was the only one who could figure out our leveling problem.

I have never experienced such poor regard for a customer experience. I will be reporting Annapolis RV to the Better Business Bureau for their negligence. Mistakes happen, problems happen, but this company failed to handle their mistake and own the problem in any way. They almost ruined our 2 week vacation because they did not have a vehicle that was promised. They "attempted" to correct the problem after hanging up on me and telling me it was all my fault but in the end hung up on me one last time without reconciliation. The owner is not interested in service or customers. I would highly reconsider using them for any services.

do not rent from these people!!!! horrid customer service-took my money and then didnt deliver!!!!!
