Applebee’s Grill + Bar

Did not eat in but ordered our meals as take out using the mobile app. The restaurant was very busy and it took a considerable amount of time before our order was ready. Our server was very apologetic and the wait was understandable due to the large crowd. The food was very good however and everyone in our party of seven was pleased. Also nice was the 10% discount we received because we were guests at a nearby hotel.

We came in an unannounced party of 12 on a busy night, the staff scrambled to get our table ready and with hardly any wait time they had us seated and began to take our orders. The waitress was friendly and gracious and she got every order right, came to check on us often and with a smile. Truly a great experience.The food was great and all of our orders were made correctly, 2 of which were steaks, perfectly cooked. This place I will recommend and look forward to returning. Great job!

We were seated fast since they weren't busy....it went downhill from there. We waited for 5 minutes at our table before the server appeared. Ordered salad and soup, never got the salad. When the entrees did arrive they were cold.

I would rather stay home and my my steak the way it's actually supposed to be. I ordered a steak medium well. They sent it to me hard and we'll done. They offered another, it wasn't finished correctly either. Needless to say the dog ate good that night n I was still hungry when I left. The manager walked by and her me talking to my friend about the steaks and room them off my bill. I went to Arby'S

Exceptional customer service!! Our server was Michelle. She was very courteous, treated us like her own family!! Food was delicious and delivered in a timely manner!! Highly recommend this place!!
