Chili's Grill & Bar

Chilli's is a great restaurant to eat at a reasonable price. I had the baby back ribs on this trip and they were delicious. They have a good variety of food and drinks. They have a special menu that you can get your drink soup and main entree for only $10 which is a really good deal. The help they have is excellent so friendly and always making sure you are happy with your service.

Nice Chili's. Place is clean, good location in the city. Staff was friendly and attentive. Decent pricing. Parking can be an issue, it is either street or co-located with the mall. Overall, good experience, I recommend.

I feel bad saying all of this, Chili’s is generally awesome. Not sure what this location had going on 5/27, but the service was horrible. Half of the restaurant wasn’t being used. The service was horribly slow, at least 20 minutes passed before our waitress spoke with us. The kids macaroni is clearly Kraft, and the mashed potatoes were served on paper? Not sure what is going on here. Perhaps I’m not giving them enough benefit of the doubt, I just know I will never return to this location.

First our burgers were burnt, then there was a gnat in one of our drinks. Before this year we enjoyed coming to this Chili's but anymore it's not even worth it. Not again. We will go elsewhere.

Wanted lunch today...was not overly busy and at least a dozen empty tables waiting...only a few needed bussing....was told it would be 10-15 minutes to be seated. Felt like a stock answer, saying tables needed clearing when there were plenty that did not... Decided to go elsewhere
