Chili's Grill & Bar

Placed an order and paid online for pickup. Arrived a little early and order was not ready yet. Great! That means my food will be fresh and hot! Got my order and went back to my hotel room not far away. When I started getting my food out of the bag, I noticed my receipt was nowhere to be found. I travel due to my career choice and I am reimbursed for my expenses. That is, as long as I have an itemized receipt! I went back to the restaurant immediately and the guy who waited on me earlier could not come up with a receipt. Even after digging through the trash can, searching on the floor, etc! This is not the first time this has happened and I blame myself for not making sure I had a receipt for my purchase in the first place. I told the guy to forget it and I left quite unhappy about all that had just happened. Got back to my room and my food had gotten cold and was not fit to eat! To make matters worse, the cutlery kits they use for to go orders are very flimsy with a napkin that wouldn't absorb a teardrop! Just not a good experience this evening! Maybe things would have been better if I had gone inside to eat, but it was so cold in there when I picked up my order..??? Like I said, NOT a good experience this time around. My next trip in town, I'll go somewhere else.

Great flatbread and house happy hour deals all day in WV. Attentive, friendly and interesting staff. One of the few places that automatically reduces prices for a burger if you don't want a bun. Reformulated chili is much improved. Horrendous salsa (soup from blender), how can national chain get it so wrong?

For a slow time in the restaurant the food took a while to come out. Chips were a bit greasy but overall still good with the guacamole. My husband ordered the bacon cheeseburger and he felt like the meat was bad. I felt like it could have been something they put on the burger that tasted odd. I ordered a sampler app and the pickles fried were good but over breaded. I didn’t like the batter style on the chicken (kinda like a pancake batter unsweetened.. weird) and it was heavily battered. I don’t plan to go back just because the food at chili’s seems to be not very good in general

Great food and excellent staff. We stopped on the way to Florida and made a point to visit again on the way home. Ribs and steak were cooked perfectly. Joe was our server, the guy is fantastic. The manager even stopped by the table to see how our dinner was.

Salad dressing was missing. The food was excellent tasting. Didn't realize that you had to tell the app when you get there. That made me wait 10 minutes past when it was ready.
