APS Day Spa

Poor customer service, they have trouble answering their phone. Then I went in person to make appointment and no one was at the front desk. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come out. Make an appointment for the next week and upon arrival, told no appointment was made. What???? Got a refund from Living Social, thank goodness. I would never go there again.

Not sure why their are bad reviews but this place is great! We purchased a groupon and they had no problem honoring it or making an appointment for us. I would definitely recommend to others.

Good massage. Not the best. Loved the price until we got there and went back for a massage. We’re given a sample of the Swedish massage which felt like a soft back rub and for $15 more each you can get a deep tissue massage!!! We upgraded because the Swedish was a joke. The place is VERY unorganized.

Definitely NOT satisfied. The massage was horribly done by a male, I don't remember his name but AVOID. He did NOT massage. It felt like he just “rubbed “ lotion one me for 60 mins. He did not use ANY massage techniques. Just rubbed me for 60 mins. When I tried to tell him what to do correctly he did not understand me. Then when he went to do the front limbs he did not use oil and it felt like RUG BURN. And he skipped my hands, feet and head. It was rushed. Poorly done. I was extremely dissatisfied because I was in need of relaxation and a moment to destress. Instead...I left angry and wish I could have a refund. The facial was done by a female. That was better than the massage. No complaints on the facial.

They honored me Couples Swedish Groupon. I emailed and left a message on Tuesday (vcmail stated they're closed on Tuesdays. I received a callback on Wednesday and booked for Friday. They were quite accommodating and the massage was good. Worth the money all the way. Call and email if you dont get thru right away!
