I got a gift card for an 80 minute massage ($109) and after reading both positive and negative reviews, I went to the spa and requested a refund. The clerk checked that the card was valid, told me the balance and politely told me gift cards are not refundable for cash. I looked at the lobby merchandise and offered to make a purchase and get a refund of the difference. I explained that I didn’t want to try any of their services and again was politely told gift cards are not refunded. Since there were other customers and I did not want to cause a scene, I left. On Friday I returned to the spa and again offered to make a purchase and get a refund. The woman I spoke to previously again politely said she could not do a refund. I politely asked for the manager and she said that was her. I then asked for her supervisor. She said that would be the owner, but she didn’t think he could refund it either. I said I understood she was doing her job but I wouldn’t accept her answer, since I knew that the card had been purchased with cash that Tuesday and I was willing to make a purchase, I hoped the owner would make some accommodation for me. She took my name and phone number and explained the owner was on vacation so the earliest he would get back to me would be Monday. I thanked her and am awaiting the owner’s call. I hope to be able to post a better review when the matter is resolved.
I called the Moorestown, NJ location a week later and spoke to the owner, Aaron. He was unwilling to make any accommodation to resolve the issue and got nasty on the phone. When I asked for their corporate information he told me to google it! I did and found no corporate phone number, but it did allow sending message to the corporate office. I sent them a detailed message asking them to help resolve this issue so I could improve this review. That was a week ago, so today I sent another message. Still waiting for them to show customer service is a priority.

Spavia Moorestown is so relaxing. Perfect soothing music the whole time, customized services with being able to pick your lotion scent, music and talking preferences, and after service beverages. The retreat room is such a nice treat. Warm lavender neck wraps to help even the most stressed guests unwind. And they treat you just as that, a guest! They have everything figured out. My massage therapist, Devon, was so professional and knowledgeable! He had the perfect touch and I had no trouble relaxing. What a great guy! Would 10/10 recommend him to anyone and everyone. Will definitely be back for an skin care treatment with the best Lead Esthetician, Rachel, around. Thanks for a great visit!!

I had a spa day with my daughter - her first one - we had a couples massage then facials. Everyone was wonderful, especially Anna and Viktoria. Thanks for the great day!

I absolutely love Spavia. I have a membership and look forward to my monthly visits (sometimes more!) with Michelene. No matter how stressed I am walking in there, I walk out feeling calm and relaxed. The girls that greet you are always pleasant and seem happy to see you, the lockers are convenient and the robes are super comfy. I enjoy hanging in the "quiet room" with a cup of tea and a neck warmer until Michelene is ready for me and afterwards. Run, do not walk there! You won't regret it!

I have been there several times. Always professional staff. Feel great after the massages. My wife and I have done the couples massage. We are going to sign up for the monthly plan...
