That Fong guy is a despicable human being he's a disgrace, a condescending incompetent who doesn't take responsibility for the laws he is supposed to abide by as a prescriber he will shift all responsibility to keeping an eye on health risks when it's brought to his attention considering some of the medications he prescribes are health risk factors, he will happily test for drugs though when his patient does not use them just not health risk factors because to Fong being a conformist is more important as I've concluded.

Attended the partial hospitalization program for 2 1/2 weeks-- Excellent staff, therapists, groups, and environment. I feel very safe and supported. As a teacher, I am extremely picky about how groups, both small and large, are run. I was very pleased and left with a wealth of new knowledge and strategies.

Horrible! So unprofessional. The building is decrepit, falling apart. The workers and therapists all look and act like homeless drug addicts. The paper work is always lost. The medications never filled. I have filled a HIPPA violation, the therapists do not respect privacy, they talk about all your issues to anyone and everyone. The therapists are so cruel, evil, insensitive, and it was just the worst experience ever. I switched to a new clinic after 2 months.

They allow patients to abuse their prescribed medicine and take no action to correct it.

Attending the partial hospitalization program met nice people but some of the therapists aren't sensitive to clients problems.
