I came to this place because of a referral that was sent by my sons school. I’ve seen and heard how hard it is to get an appointment here. My son and I are satisfied with the services provided. Thank you Susan and Lahey staff.

A nice place for inexperienced well meaning social workers to train at the beginning of their careers. But it is a McTherapist organization. I suggest anyone pursuing a therapist at this firm ask many questions: Have you ever worked with chronically depressed teens? Have you ever worked with children who have suffered for half their lives experiencing a unhealthy contentious divorce? Have you ever been a coparenting therapist working to create a family context that support the children's well being ? Have you ever worked with children, parents, and school systems to advocate for the children and develop an IEP especially a 504? Hopefully you’ll get an honest answer. My family did not

Every time you call them they are completely booked and direct you to the ER. I don't even know why they're in business since they are never available to help anyone.

If you are in need of help for your mental health do not come to this place. I was having difficulty getting a referral for a new psychiatrist and therapist so I decided to call this place that I found on the Lahey website. I was told over the phone that there were open hours for evaluations on Tuesday-Thursday from 8am-2pm. I arrived on Tuesday at 12:15pm and was told I would have to come back the next day at 8. Wednesday morning I arrived at 7:40am and was the second person in line. They opened at 8 and I filled out my paperwork and paid my copay. After two more hours of waiting and noticing the woman that got there before me still hadn’t been taken in I went up to ask how much longer. The woman working the front desk was very rude and said it could be 4 or more hours and I could not get my copay back if I needed to leave. In the meantime there were tons of obvious drug addicts in the waiting room talking about getting bags after their group meeting and another patient that was blowing his nose onto the ground and threatening to punch me in the face. Considering the fact that I am current 29 weeks pregnant I decided this place was not safe for me and left without any help. Also, the building that this office is in is falling apart and very disgusting. Moral of the story is: do not come here. It is not safe and the people working there do not care about you at all. You will be treated like you are a drug addict even if you are not.

Doctors are a joke reception is so rude... they can’t even put a chair in the downstairs lobby for my disabled husbend claiming it’s a security reason 😡
