The staff at Lahey Methadone Clinic is nothing short of incompetent. Even to the level of maliciously trying to hurts ones chances at sobriety while treating addicts with contempt, indifference and total disdain. The nurses on the other hand are kind, helpful, compassionate professionals who's hands are tied by the staff of Lahey counselors and support staff. One counselor in particular, Jennifer F. Wood, who has in short time worked her way to head of counselling, is seemingly trying to systematically ruin the lives of everyone involved in the methadone clinic. Her haphazard ways of denying daily doses, finding minor infractions with the desired outcome of throwing long-standing clients off the clinic and back into the arms of those same drug dealers too willing to welcome them back. She does this with a smirk of satisfaction and pure evil glee!

Looking for help? Go there. It's clean, in a good area to clear the mind and the staff are helpful and friendly. Although be prepared to wait cause it is timely.

Awful place awful people the new director Nichole dose not care about any patients they make people stand outside only allowing a few at a time in the building even if it’s freezing out they only let everyone in if it’s under 18 degrees Other than that it’s not their problem Everything is not their problem and they don’t help you if a emergency comes up and u can’t make a group it’s put at a refusal they do everything they can to get you kicked off most employees do not belong working in this field they are not educated enough in addiction to do so I was working full time over 40 hours a week but some how I was supposed to attend groups and meeting at 10 am Monday-Friday I need my job to support my family but again they say not their problem They never answer the phone it’s difficult to get a person on the phone Please find another Clinc because this place will only hurt your recovery

Very good program as long as you want recovery for yourself and don't break rules.
