Price was OK for Manhattan but the service wasn’t good at all! And for that prices, the presentation and the size of the plate could be bigger. The food was good! Not the best arepa I’ve ever eaten in New York though!

The food is great! The prices are on the high side and pricy but the food is good. Limited selection and the arepas are just ok

I got the Espanola today... Three cold pieces of cheese and thin cut cold pieces of chorizo (looked like pepperoni). I was very disappointed but was in a rush. If it were any other day I would have asked for a refund.

Go to Queens instead, there you will find authentic arepas and tequeños. I went to the small shop in the underground market @ Columbus Circle. Had the shredded chicken, white cheese and avocado. The arepa itself was not crunchy, the meat was good a bit salty but okay. Also bought 2 tequeños (cheese sticks), they were overpriced and small (about the size of an average thumb) but those get 4 stars as they were actually good.

The food is crazy over priced for small poorly proportioned servings. They don’t serve tap water, you have to pay for bottled. While there is a guest WiFi it “doesn’t work” and/or they’ll give you the wrong password so you can’t get on. Rather the walking the 5 steps from behind the counter to give me my food the called at me till I came over. Considering I paid over $11 for essentially rice and beans, I don’t think a cup of water and at least pleasant service is too much to ask for. THEIR REGISTER ALSO AUTO TIPS 10% Oh and they only have disposable plates and cutlery even to stay, creating an unnecessary amount of waste. Will not be returning
