AT&T

Always a long wait, just like any other cell phone store. The service is pretty inconsistent.

Experiences vary widely in need and employee I happen to get. This time the experience was alright- but just alright.

I had to upgrade to a smart phone. The store was busy. It was nice to be greeted while waiting. The phone purchase was simple and straightforward. I am confident that any questions I may have regarding my plan or phone will be answered promptly and accurately.

No attention to detail. They applied my screen protector crooked.

Was interested in changing services from T-MOBILE to AT&T, was not acknowledged whatsoever and had been waiting for over thirty minutes while the only employee had a liesurely conversation about going to the beach and other vacation plans with another customer who had already been helped and was out the door. I'd rather deal with T-MOBILE's poor coverage Than AT&T's terrible customer service.
