Chase was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He saved us money, a great soundtrack was playing, and the entire experience was lovely. Dylan also saved the day by picking up a sparkly, gold case from the other store. Can I go back tomorrow just for fun?

I purchased a "glass" screen protector from Johnny. He installed it on my new Google Pixel 2XL. This was done on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning around 10:00AM, my phone fell from my desk onto a carpeted floor and the screen protector fell off and cracked. I returned to the store that evening without the broken protector to get a vinyl protector installed. Store didnt have one and was told to bring back the broken protector back for a refund since it fell off. Returned to the store on Thursday and was then informed that I would need to send it in for warranty replacement and if I wanted a replacement screen protector, I would have to purchase it. Two different days, two different people, two different stories, same store! You have definately lost a customer!

I purchased a new phone at Cellular Plus and worked with Chase who was knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to see how Chase, Dylan, Mitchell and all the crew work as a team. I would highly recommend them and Cellular Plus across from Shabby Shack if you are in the market for a phone. Outstanding customer service. KUDOS!

Chase and Dylan were über helpful. The other guy didn’t help us at all. Chase and Dylan I highly recommend. The other guy not so much.
