Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Plus

In the past, cell phone stores, plans, and billing have been an absolute mystery, and I consider myself very tech-oriented. Today, my visit was a breeze. Riley and his team were able to give me simple, coherent solutions and explanations, and offer me many options to consider. I appreciate their ability to avoid the “pitch” side of sales, and get down to the brass tacks without feeling like I needed a machete to clear the foliage. Excellent work, gang!

Very nice store and people. Sam was amazing! She helped me with all my questions and was very polite and professional, if you need help with anything she's the girl to go to!

Colton helped me out today. He was wonderful, answering all my questions without hesitation. He is a true asset to your Verizon team. Very personable, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure I understood what was going on with my phone. Thank you. He will be my go to person whenever I need help.

Awful. Asked Rachel if she could transfer my messages and was told there is no way to do it. I knew there was and I went home and did it myself. I will not be going back to that store. However the store across town with Dillion and Mitchell is exceptional and they are great when you need help.
