We went in a few weeks ago to try and support the local business, shop locally. My husband and I had a lot of questions about phones, trying to decide what phone to get, and got absolutely none of our questions answered. They didn't know what phones were best for photographs, YouTube video making, or which ones could be voice activated? What phone is most durable? What one has the most glitches? The phone specs are not all listed right there so I had to go home and look up all the different phones to get a good idea. Had we gotten good information, we would have both purchased phones that day, but still haven't decided.
Also, their wireless charger was $60 on a previous visit and the same exact one (that didn't work well at all) was $19 on Amazon. That's not just a few dollars difference for shopping local!

The ladies were so nice and helpful when I got my upgrade. Buuttt I got screwed. They said my plan would be $90 for my tablet and my phone and the told me it wouldn't go up. Low and behold like 2 months later I'm now paying $140. Either go online or go buy a straight talk phone

Kyle Dieterich , and coworker were the only 2 people in the store went I went in this morning with my son. We were activating a new phone onto the plan that was given to him, and I asked if they could apply a screen protector on my husbands new phone that he had gotten from
Verizon wireless . com yesterday, I had originally went into the Worland Verizon Store in September and ordered a phone through Kyle and added the new line on our account through him. So this morning after asking if they could apply the screen protector for my husband,the first thing Kyle said to me was, did you get this phone from us? I said no, we ordered it. He said, well, this really doesn't do anything for us to put this on for you since you didn't order it through us. I replied by saying, well, i did come in not too long ago and purchase a phone from you and sign a contract! I was going to also buy accessories for 2 smart phones in the store while my son and I were in there, but we will order them. Nice being treated like a piece of trash in a local store. After coworker was finished applying the screen protector I offered to pay for her service ,which, they declined. They need to get someone with a personality to manage the Worland Store. I hope he was embarrassed ,if he wasn't it just shows his ignorance., Please people, just put up a notice and say, if you didn't buy the phone from us, don't be coming in asking for anything except for rude customer service! Or be decent and have a sign that states if we provide a service on a device you did not purchase from us there will be a charge. Much better than you being so unprofessional and RUDE. Will be buying our accessories Friday on our road trip.

The staff waiting on people are very friendly and nice.
