Extremely unprofessional and difficult to work with. The manager, Rick was very unhelpful and rude. Can’t say enough about how terrible my experience was.

Trying to buy a new phone, sales person didn't get all the accessories the first transaction, so charged my card a second time. Then I reminded sales person of promotions I wanted, which resulted having to refund my card, then charge it again. When the final invoice was finally presented to me, it has service charges that were not discussed and were not on the previous invoice. When the manager got involved he showed no customer service, wouldn't even look me on the eye. So I will not take my business there again.
