Verizon Wireless - Wyoming Wireless Rawlins

Went in there to get a new Google pixel 2. I usually use the Verizon website but decided to shop local. When I went in they said they did not have any in stock , but could get one in 2 days. They also said switching from and iPhone to a Google would be easy and offered me $110.00 for my iPhone 6. Went back 2 days later they said my phone came in went to do the switch and stated that they would not switch all my contacts or pics, and only offered me $70 for my phone. I asked how it depreciate so much in 2 days they would not give me and answer. After and 1.5 hour I decided I didn't want the phone returned while still at the store. Went home ordered one from Verizon and switch all the content my self in 10 min. Not a good way to treat your neighbors. I will never shop there again.

Fantastic store. Tonjia and her staff are wonderful to work with. Switched from ATT and have had excellent reception from Saratoga to Rawlins. Highly recommend this store and their staff. Great job Tonjia, and thanks for all the help.

The manager explained that the phone wasn't charging because it was plugged in to a power strip and that this is "trickle charging" the phone, her advice was "just call Verizon and lie, tell them the phone shut off and you don't know why and see if they'll replace it". I have 9 lines with unlimited data and have been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years, and will not be using this store for any purpose. Tonya, the "store manager", decided she didn't like being dissagreed with about how electricity works and hung up on me. Verizon did not hung up on me when I called the number and got the address for a formal complaint.

Amazing service by a great staff. Tonja is by far the most knowledgeable manager. She is always ready to help. Wether it's solving problems or answering questions. Her staff and her are first class. I can't imagine how lucky Wyoming Wireless is to have a staff of super stars. Best service anywhere.
