Clean and friendly but honestly no more helpful or insightful than doing it my own online.

Went in to talk about getting a new phone under their service. They talked about how great it is with all the bundle deals, right?........Wrong! So very wrong. We were quoted $289 per month for 4 phones, internet and Direct Tv. Sounds like a heck of a deal right!? After signing up and getting everything going it cost us $1000 before we even left the store. In "Deposits" then once we started getting our bills $289 per month is not even close. $370 per month for just the phones and internet (Which doesn't even work) plus and extra $88 per month for the Direct Tv. When I went in to talk to them about the issue with the billing one of the Workers acted like a complete A**!!! (Per the comment below mine I'm pretty sure his name was Caleb as well) rude, and very mouthy. Finally after getting to speak with a manager I was told "Oh sorry, you were misquoted. But, nothing I can do about it" Locked into Direct TV for the next 2 years now and can't get out from under the phones and garbage internet without paying $3000 to get out. What a crock this company is. Its all about the benjamins with them and they will tell you whatever they think you want hear to get you to buy and once you do they rape you for every cent you got. Vicious web of lies! Not to mention their occasional $70 "miscellaneous fees and taxes" charge on your bill that no one can explain where that's going. If your'e planning on starting up a new account with ATT I suggest you proceed with caution and Enter at your own risk.

The AT&T store in the Eastridge mall is a rude disrespectful store. The store reapresentative names Caleb is a jerk. He treated a paying customer like a little kid. I went to buy a Samsung gear watch and he told me I can’t turn it on and you can’t play with it. He is rude and disrespectful and needs to be looked into!

So far as major service provider stores go this is a good one. I've been there twice for two different devices and lines and they've been very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind all of these stores regardless of the brand or color are commission-based sales floors. So don't be surprised if they try and sell you stuff, it's there job. Otherwise, great experience, they did what I asked them to do with a smile on their face and were very polite.
