AT&T

Four months ago, I had to give them a one star review. But we've made amends. They are awesome when they're open! Such nice people! So helpful! They set me up with a great phone and answered all of my questions. They're outstanding! I am the last person to give a one star review but I feel this is called for. My family and I drove from Goshen county, arrived at the store at 10:20am and found the store that was supposed to open at 10am closed. We toured Douglas periodically checking the store until 2pm. The store was due to close at 3pm. All in all we met 5 fellow disgruntled customers in the parking lot. One man even photographed the door to show the hours of business! I was extremely disappointed. 3/11/17

Excellent service. Went in with yesterday with an old iPhone & 2 small ones. Sarah got everything updated & transferred kindly & effortlessly. I took up a considerable amount of her time but that didn't hold up others. Though she was all alone, she was able to efficiently help others that came. I'm happy & grateful for her making the situation as easy as possible.
