Verizon Authorized Retailer – Cellular Plus

This place was extremely helpful! We didn't even have any issues that had to do with Verizon. I came in with a straight talk phone and they helped with that. I also had car trouble and they helped with that too! I am switching to Verizon after this experience. Thanks so much to Brittany and Cody.

Ordered a phone from Tricia in Douglas and I was very impressed with her knowledge, patience and friendliness. She took her time explaining how it worked, as I was going from a basic phone to a smart phone. She walked me through the process and was very pleasant. She did her absolute best to make sure I did NOT leave the store confused on anything. I will be back if I have any further need to, and will recommend Ms. Tricia to all my friends and family. Emily and Karissa were so friendly. They made sure all my information got transferred and had great conversation. They taught me about all the new things Verizon has to offer since my last visit :) super excited to learn more about my phone at their smart phone classes too. Thank you Emily and Karissa for being so professional and helpful, definitely will be coming to see you guys again!

Went into Verizon having problems with my phone. Patricia was the first one to greet me and had a smile on her face. Her demeanor was very respectful and kind. Though I seemed frustrated with the phone she promised me she would try to do her best to fix it and she did fix it. Will definitely be going back and will definitely be asking for her!
