I always come to this location because it's close to my house and typically no wait which usually results in great customer service. 3.12.2018 proved to be another great experience. Bryan, Nicole and one other gentlemen, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to get my account switched over into a business account in the most cost effective way. Thanks to Bryan and his amazing team, my children and i walked out very pleased. Thank you CY store staff!

The employees at this location were all super nice and helpful! I needed to switch my contacts from a very old phone to my new Google pixel 2 and even though they had internet problems they were able to help me and fix my problem very quickly and were very nice about it.

The place isn’t bad and the customer service is awsome, there’s a girl in there, small and cute always very sweet and works with you, but the manager isn’t 100. He tells you the truth but doesn’t tell you the whole truth. I had an issue with an extra line in which he worded would be free, which it was, but wasn’t free monthly, which me and my brother did not here, along with putting hidden fees on there such as insurance for both of them, which I didn’t know about, but agreeably signed, because let’s be honest, if your the manager of the store, and tell me something about my device, I’m going to trust you and not read threw 30 pages each document to look my self. Anyways good place as long as the manager isn’t the one you do business threw, cause you’ll more then likely end up getting stuff you were deceived into or didn’t know about at all till it’s passed the date of return or termination without fee.
