Verizon Wireless - Wyoming Wireless Rock Springs

My wife and I went into Wyoming Wireless and ended up purchasing 2 phones. Along with the 2 phones we also purchased a $50.00 glass screen protector. The employees there proceeded to put on the screen protector on my wife's phone. We noticed that after he had put it on our brand new purchased phone that their was a hair stuck in there that was annoying and in a bad spot also not allowing it to seal properly. The employee said that they were out of screen protectors for that specific phone and that they would order more and call us when they get in and replace if for free since this wasn't our fault and they were brand new phones and brand new screen protectors that they had put on. We then went back to the store to get the screen protector when they came back into stock. The employee proceeded once again to put the screen protector on the phone everything seemed okay. We got home to put the phone case on the phone and realized that the employee put the screen protector on to low and every time you try and put the phone case on it pushed up the screen protector and created bubbles and wouldn't stay on. We called the store yet again to tell them that they had failed to put this very expensive $50.00 screen protector on wrong again. They proceeded to tell us they were already sold out of this product once again, and that they were on order so we waited and never heard back from them. We decided that enough time had passed where they should have contacted us by now but didn't so we went down there. When we got down there we explained what had happened both times and what we were told to do they told us that they would not replace this screen protector for free (even though they put it on and messed it up twice) that we would have to pay another $50.00 for one although we never got more then 10 minutes use out of the other 2. I would not recommend doing business with them they do not back up there product or their words. I would give them negative star ratings if possible! What a waste of your hard earned money and time.

Update 20APR16: This place smells like a dog took a poo in it and the smell was absorbed into the carpet. Seriously about to vomit. Service has gone to the wolves. The trashy female that works in the store with the shorter chubby guy has the nastiest attitude EVER--and she's dumb as rocks. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

I went to this location for help with a broken phone and was very pleased with my service. I worked with Elise, who spent at least 2 hours working on this phone with me and helping me think through my repair/replacement options. She went so far as to use her personal phone and email to help me take pictures of my phone and beg Motorola for a warranty replacement. I was delighted that she would invest so much time and effort in my situation with no benefit to herself. The excellent service continued until the very end, when she even gave me a dinner recommendation for Rock Springs that I thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you Elise!!!
