Verizon Wireless - Wyoming Wireless Jackson

The folks at Wyoming Wireless in Jackson are knowledgeable, patient and generous with both their expertise and time. I was a prepaid, flip phone hold out who came in several times to get help with my phone. They always took as much time as needed to sort out my problems. I finally came in to make a purchase and switch to a Smart Phone. Jenna and Rikki explained all my options and answered my hundreds of questions. They really bent over backwards to make certain I understood everything and got what I needed. One item they did not have in Stock. They ordered it and I had it in a few days . Buyer beware! I went into one of their stores for a new phone. I purchased it, and much later that evening looked at my sales receipt and noticed they added the insurance... Something that was never discussed or agreed to by me. I called Verizon and had it removed. A few days later I received a survey from Verizon, and mentioned in that survey how a service was added to my account that I had never authorized. A few days later I started getting multiple calls a day from an unknown number. Eventually I texted this number, and they refused to identify themselves, but stated they needed to talk to me "about a recent visit to a store". I called them back, and was told...get this... I was not to return to any of their stores because I called them out about their deceptive business practices to Verizon. In this day and age, this was the biggest mistake this company could have made. I feel compelled now to let everyone know how dirty this company truly is. For your own sake, stay far far away from Wyoming wireless!
