Dr. Burns is truly a master of her craft. After spending way too long looking by myself for the right person to perform my first-ever root canal I was referred to Dr. Burns by two different individuals. Her office is immaculate and has a zen vibe that immediately lets you know that you're going to be okay lol. Dr. Burns' calm and exact demeanor set me at ease as she explained what my procedure/experience would be. As fate would have it my particular situation proved to be more challenging that initially anticipated due to the nerve structure in my bicuspid. Undaunted, Dr. Burns and her staff took their time, were thorough and did what needed to be done to set me on a path of healing. As this was my first, and hopefully only time, I can't make any comparisons, however I wholeheartedly believe I received top-tier service here. I never had to wait. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I definitely left the experience better than I entered it. I will easily refer her to anyone needing a root canal.

Dr. Melanie Burns performed a root canal on my tooth. I have to say that this was the best experience that I ever had getting a root canal. Dr. Burns was very professional and polite. She did an excellent job of explaining each step of the process. The procedure was relatively painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Burns to my family and friends.

Dr. Burns is so great with children. My 12 year old was very nervous about this visit. He had to get a root canal. Dr. Burns did everything she could to keep him calm, comfortable and pain-free. She even let me stay in the room with him. Plus, she talked us through everything she was doing and answered all our questions. I highly recommend her.

Yesterday I had the second part of my root canal with Dr. Burns and I have to say I am astonished at how well it went. I actually fell asleep during the procedure! I'm not kidding. I just took the Tylenol they gave me when I left the office and that was all I needed. The Center is set up for you to have a calm experience. Each member of the staff was genuinely lovely, the offices are very nice and calm, and then when I sat down in the chair the view in front of me was of trees. Research shows that views of nature make a difference in outcomes. Dr. Burns herself is so knowledgable and reassuring. Honestly, while I would never voluntarily have a root canal, I would not be the slightest bit worried or hesitant now that I know how well I was taken care of here.

Don't even hesitate. Dr Burns is the Best! Unfortunately I'm an expert on root canals. My appointment was perfect. Her office and staff were outstanding. They created a calm and reassuring atmosphere. But best of all was Dr. Burns I had a 50 year old root canal that had to be redone. This is actually very difficult however I knew from the moment I met her i was in good hands. She was so gentle that its hard to believe i think I fell asleep.! The procedure went perfectly. I'm very thankful to the Doctor. Frankly, there is no where else you need to go!

I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, and I must say, Dr. Burns and her staff are among the best in the field. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Burns was so gentle and patient with me. She made sure i was comfortable and she uses the most up-to-date technology to ensure a job well done. She even called me at home to check on me. No one likes to go to the endodontist, but if you must, choose Dr. Burns. You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Burns was wonderful. I was in so much pain when I entered her office but she made time to see me and helped me get my tooth taken care of very quickly. I have not had any pain since my visit with Dr. Burns. She is very professional, calming and instantly made me feel like she knew exactly how to address my tricky root canal. I would go back to Dr. Burns with any issue going forward. I highly recommend her and her practice.

Dr. Burns is amazing! I was referred by my dentist to have a root canal procedure done.
