I should have read the reviews before I went there. No wonder this place has a horrible record. I went in to get a wart removed. They ran up a bill on my insurance. Two visits. Then they told me they couldn't even remove the wart because it was cosmetic

This place should not be in business. And these reviews makes me sick of hearing Diane Warrick's excuses about her 40 years. I was put in the room at my appt time only to sit in there for 1& 1/2 hours before I called the front desk to see if I had been forgotten. I was put on hold while they checked!! I hung up and sat down again when a staff member opened the door to tell me I had not been forgotten. I waited another 15 minutes. I got up and got dressed and left the room telling them I could no longer wait. This could have been understood if only a staff member had come in at some point during that hour and 45 minutes to at least let me know and I could make a decision to stay or reschedule. When I got home I called to suggest that and to be sure I would not be charged for a visit as I had never seen the Dr. Well, it was Diane that took the call and started with her 40 year working with Dr Warrick that they had never billed a patient that was not seen. Which only leads me to believe it happened to more than me!!! She would not let me get a word in edgewise and I told her she had a terrible attitude and I would never be back and would pass the word. So, there you have it!!!!

If no stars were an option, that is what I would give them. My husband went into the office on a Wednesday afternoon to have stitches removed. After being there for over an hour, he asked the front desk how much longer it would be. He was told that they weren't sure they would get to him that day, and they had no appointments available until the next MONTH. When my husband asked what they were going to do about the stitches she told him "I just don't know what to do". You can not wait a month to have stitches removed, SERIOUSLY????? They also, didn't really know why he was there, they told him he had several procedures scheduled, which were scheduled in an appointment for September, not for the day he was having the stitches out. They told him that his pathology results were back, but he would have to wait for the doctor to give them to him. He walked out. Now, we are trying to get the pathology results so that we can take them to another clinic. There is no way he would go back to that office. As is stated in many other reviews, the front desk and nurses are completely incompetent and the office over schedules appointments in a ridiculous fashion.

I had an appointment at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. Pretty brave! Dr. Warrick saw me and addressed several skin issues I had at the time. Some he treated there in the office and others he gave me the option for prescription pills or OTC remedies. I opted for the latter and he agreed that was the better choice and better to not tax the liver when topical solutions would work-and it did!! I asked him if he would take a few skin tags that were annoying me and he gladly removed them. I did not leave the office until after 5:30 on a Friday evening. Great friendly and dedicated staff. If you want a friendly, knowledgeable Dermatologist, great receptionist, and Dr.'s assistants, then Atlantic Dermatology is where I would recommend you call.

I have seen Dr. Warwicik twice now and am very happy with all aspects of his practice. He is very friendly and thorough, and his entire staff has been courteous and professional at each visit. It's hard to believe that some of the reviews I read are true.
