Dr. Kotz removed a mole from my neck. He was very friendly, the procedure was quick and painless. They called me as soon as they received the results of the biopsy and all of the nurses and staff members were professional and friendly. They filed my insurance for me and it covered my visit with just a copay from me. I will definitely go back again for any skin issues.

The Physician's Assistant, Amanda Wright, assured me that a facial laser treatment would be covered by my insurance because it was for a medical condition that I have. Several months later I received a bill in the mail for $300 and a note that my insurance company denied the claim because they considered it not medically necessary. The PA should have had a better understanding of what is typically covered by insurance and what is not, and this was a costly mistake for me to choose this clinic.

I have taken all three of my kids to see Dr. Kotz and Amanda. They are always very friendly and professional, so are the other employees. I would recommend this office to anyone.
