Wasted my time and money for the third time, getting absolutely no where in my areas of concern. I was spoken at, with zero empathy or genuine concern to help. Your “care” providers hardly care. I’m an educated adult, who went in seeking a treatment plan I spent time researching and considering, and instead was being reprimanded as to why I wasn’t allowed. I understood the risks associated with it before I walked in. If it was not your office policy, an alternative should have been provided to me. I understand there are guidelines in place, and being told “I won’t lose my license for you” is hardly building a patient relationship. I never asked anyone to blur the lines for me. Again, if I wasn’t a candidate for a treatment that I was requesting, give me an alternative or point me in the direction of someone who can. I don’t trust your office now, I won’t EVER refer someone to you, and I still need help for the concerns I sought your office out for in the first place. Thank you for making me feel even more helpless than I did when I walked through your doors. Went to the doctor for help, and had to walk out mid session in the span of 15 minutes because I become so upset. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. ***After speaking with the CEO & Dr. Traywick herself, in regard to my horrible in office experience and the ceo telling me I have an attitude problem/he “can see why his PA was short with me” she “doesn’t see that as an issue or anything to be addressed with him” when I asked her if she supported him openly saying it on the phone. Clearly I was not a concern of theirs and they had no problem admitting it.
