I feel the staff works hard to accommodate as many patients as they can, given that some days are more unexpected than others. I have had the opportunity to speak with most of the individuals there from my numerous visits and feel that while they may not be able to give everyone the amount of time they want because other people need to be seen, I feel they give all the information needed to feel empowered. The staff also has many ways to contact them and they are happy to ensure you feel of value While unfortunate, you do have the infantile entitled individuals who feel, at least while I was there, that throwing a temper tantrum will get your way. This office is very reasonable and will try to do everything to ensure you can and will be helped. I feel Dr Hall and P.A. Krissy Ford go above and beyond to ensure their patients feel valued and informed. They take the time needed to feel confident about any issue that comes up and you feel cared about. That is rare, so don't pay attention to the negative reviews that sound as if they were written by a 9-year-old who has had their tablet taken away Overall, they see a tremendous amount of patients and the level of care that is given with the small staff they have is impressive Dr Traywick and her husband should feel proud and the staff as a whole. What they do isn't easy, and they make it happen every day! Thanks guys!

This place sucks , very rude and unprofessional ! Good lucking getting in touch with them have spent 3 days trying to get a call back, nobody answers when you call in. All 3 Office’s All go to 1 number. I would suggest using another dermatologist.

One of the most uncaring physicians I have ever been to. Dr Ford. I have rarely felt more unconcerned about. The front staff as well. Other patients were treated like no one cares. It was under deserved, but they do not assist, give help, or care.

This practice is amazing! Very professional staff and great customer service. Dr Traywick is a brilliant doctor.
