Wonderful experience! I had never gotten a full body check before and didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very kind, calm, professional and made me feel at ease the moment I walked through the door. Great experience, will be going back.

Just called to schedule an appointment for cosmetic procedures and after holding for 5 minutes the lady (who seemed irritated from the first word she spoke) asked when I wanted to come in, me thinking these places typically don't have same day appointments said "As soon as possible", she said 230? That was a pleasant surprise but unfortunately I have to be at work at 330, so I had to decline that time slot. She then scolded me for not being more flexible since I said I wanted in ASAP and asked when I had a full day available, I said tomorrow and said "No." she couldn't get me until next month. My disappointment is not with the schedule (like I said, I called prepared for some type of wait) as much as the attitude and lack of customer service.... it's not even 10am, you had a 3 day weekend, just trying being SOMEWHAT friendly!? Rude. Just rude. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I was referred by Aesthetic Spa for CO2 laser. I didn't read the reviews because I assumed my expierence was going to be a fantastic one like I had at Aesthetic Spa. I was sadly mistaken. It's not the frustrating but understandable news I received that caused me to rate one star. It is the lack of kindness from the woman I met with that caused me to choose a different practice for my skin care . I'm not sure if that particular individual knows that it is possible to display kindness and smile while speaking with patients. Maybe she was having a bad day. Which is still not an excuse for the treatment I got. It is important to show compassion for patients and to make them feel warm and welcome. I felt very unwelcomed and almost walked out of my consultation because of her harsh behavior. My review seems to be consistent with others I've read. I just hope it stops because I don't want other people to feel like I did.

Dr. Coakley is amazing! Take his time to discuss treatment plan and options. Friendly staff that goes above and beyond for an amazing experience!!!!

Edit: I'm changing this to 5 stars. They reached out to me and discovered a clerical error, are refiling the insurance claim, and issuing a refund. I feel much better about this. Apparently the insurance company can wait up to a year to process claims. The care I received was very good, and now the discrepancies in the insurance and billing have been sorted out.
