Good, friendly, professional, adequate medical care. Long wait between call and available appointment. Dr. Sherrertz and her assistant were friendly, and I felt like my concerns were fully addressed.
However, reconsider your provider if you are handicapped or are a caregiver to a wheelchair patient.. Handicapped parking spaces and ramps are the farthest spaces from the entrance, and the waiting area is so cramped that you have to rearrange the furniture to get to the desk and exam rooms from the entrance. Exam rooms are very small and cramped even without a wheelchair. A good practice hindered by poorly designed patient care facilities.
Complimentary coffee, tea, water, juices and snacks available in the waiting area were a welcome touch.

Absolutely awful experience!!! Was told it was a simple procedure No big deal. Then after the surgery was given a huge list of care instructions and what not to do like not lift 15 pounds for two weeks, would of been good to know since I have a toddler. Then after I felt like the incision was getting infected a week later I called in and was given a whole different list of care instructions, then a third at the two week! 3 different opinions on how to care for my incision, from the same office! I could of got less answers from google!Dr.slaughter was rude and arrogant. And berated me for not coming in earlier, because the cyst was large, well considering I made the appointment 2 months ago and then another month to see him! It was just rediculous! However his assistant was nice and actually had beside manners which the doctor did not!between the miscommunication and rudeness, I would never ever go back!

Showed up 21 minutes before my appointment that was made over a month ago, and was told I could not be seen since I wasn't there 30 min before appointment. I thought it was a joke, but nope, I was early for appointment, just not early enough. I should of asked if doc was actually going to see me on time or leave me sitting as they all run behind. Long of the short, I was surprised how poorly managed the office is run and how they obviously do not need patients as they readily turn them away for being early, but not early enough.

Dont ask these people for help especially if u have medicaid they will tell u to go to urgent care or go to Charleston or Florence, because apparently medicaid recipents dont deserve to have someone who knows whats going on actually look at them.

Excellent first time experience. Called to get my son an appointment as a new patient, we got to see the PA in less than a week. Upon arrival, was offered bottled water or coffee during the short wait. (Arrived 15 min early for appointment, waited 30 min total to be seen.) Was treated very professionally. They answered all questions, and we did not feel rushed. Handled prescription call in for me, so I did not need to go to the pharmacy and wait. I would definitely recommend this office.
