TERRIBLE SERVICE They absolutely destroyed my Lexus RX330. I have before and after pictures of the damages and they STILL WONT COVER ANY OF IT. They claimed that the car is too old after they show up with a flat tire, a broken window, and missing trim on the car!!! This company is absolute garbage. It has been over 5 months!!! Please never use them. The claims adjuster purposfully dodged my calls. I can't NOT recommend this company enough. Terrible experience and I have told my corporation to NEVER use them again. I hope that they lose all of their business for terrible service and an unethical practice. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Awful experience!! Do NOT use this company!! I read many negative reviews about them, but we were assured by ABRS through our relocation coordinator that they would do a professional, expert job. I will try to keep this short....they were hired by our corporate relocation company to move us to another state for my husband's new job. Had the power of a corporation behind us or I think we would have been screwed. They transported our son's car that was only worth about $5,000, if that. The truck driver did about $4,000 worth of damage to the front end because he pulled it too far forward on his carrier and when he turned his cab, it caught the car and pulled the front end apart. ABRS's insurance company wanted to total the car, but I pushed back. We were not going to dish out thousands of dollars to replace it with a comparable car, so they paid to fix it. Their claims manager did an amazing job getting it done so I have high praise for her, but I don't know how this company vets its carriers. I have a boat that now needs to be transported, but I would never in a million years choose this company to do it. Consider yourself FOREWARNED!

Used them to ship a vehicle - not only was the delivery late, they were extremely rude and lied about their promises. The vehicle also arrived damaged with many scratches and dent and the company denied the damages. The customer service representative was also rudest woman I have talked to. The boss was even worse and called me a liar. Don't work with this company. Like the other user, I would give them 0 if I could.

Great company. They let me know how the shipment was going and the car arrived in perfect condition. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be using them again in the future if I relocate.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have a Toyota and this company shipped it. It came broken windshield plus scratches all over my car. There are not helping me to fix my car and it’s been a disaster so far. I never had such a bad experience like this. If you would like headache, chose this company. Believe me your car going to be TRASH in the end.
