Hands down the best price to get your windshield replaced. However, scheduling mechanisms are poor. I was originally told on the phone that someone would call me with a time frame to expect the technician on the "scheduled day". However, I received no phone calls until the technician was already at my house and I was in class in Chapel Hill. I told him I was in class and I'd rush right over. I also told him that I would be 10-15 mins. As i am pulling into my neighborhood, I catch him trying to leave my neighborhood and it had only been 9 mins. Lastly, I was irritated with the payment options. I was told I could pay with cash, however, the technician (rude and unfriendly) told me he doesn't carry change which forced me to tip him a large quantity. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends and family.

Was able to get me in next day for a winshield replacement. The technician came to my home and had it done within an hour. Best price in durham too!! Very pleased!!

Have good prices on glass , but my whole glass broke and they try to tell me some hit my window when i saw where it cracked ftom The side. Very disappointed

I'm so pleased that they were able to repair my windshield so quickly and the price was half of what a local competitor quoted! I highly recommend them to anyone!
