Wow. I don't know how these people do any business. I made four attempts - four DIFFERENT ways - to get help for a new shower door. I called first, the man who answered knew nothing about even setting up a quote and sent me to a salesman's voicemail so I left a message. No call back so I went to the shop in person. The guy at the desk wasn't familiar with how to get an estimate for a shower door or how to schedule anything. He gave me a brochure and wrote another employee's email address on it and told me "he's good with email; he'll get right back to you." Well it's been two weeks since I wrote that email and no word from that person either. So I completed the online form for a quote where it's promised "You will receive a reply within 24 hours." NOPE. Nothing. So yeah, I found another company to go with for my shower door, because if they're not even going to respond to four different attempts to contact them for business, I wonder what quality of work they'd even do. Actually I wonder what they even DO there if it's not answer potential customers and the guy on phone and at the front desk doesn't seem to know anything...

Went to have a rock chip repaired that was about 1/8”. When I picked up the car their was still an 1/8” chip. I asked why it wasn’t repaired and I was told that sometimes the repair is level sometimes it’s not. Wished they would have told me before and I could have went somewhere else or tried harder to resolve the issue.
