They replaced the windshield in my Toyota Tundra about one year ago. I have had wind noise from the lower right side ever since.....I called them about it a few months back, the service man admitted there was a gap in the sealer he applied. He then told me the windshield really needed to be removed but he would try to patch it. When done the wind noise was still there. 
He did his paper work and left.....
