The staff at Hope Mills Glass came to my rescue when I was on a road trip alone with my 8 year old on the way south to Florida. After a rock created a spiderweb the size of my hand on my windshield, Sandra stayed on the phone with me to make sure I found the shop without trouble. They assessed the damage and determined that my windshield could not take another direct hit. They were kind, professional, and efficient, replacing my windshield and getting us back on the road in about an hour and a half. They were fantastic! I was sure we were about to stay the night in Fayetteville waiting for a windshield but they got me back on the road. Great service from great people!

I ordered a piece of glass to slide inside a hutch to protect the wood and it was ready in less than 24 hrs and was a perfect fit! Great customer service, I will use them in the future
